NRC are looking for a Contract Cleaning Supervisor to join our team, whose job it will be to achieve consistently the cleaning standards laid down within company targets and objectives, by leading and coaching your own dedicated cleaning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring cleaning duties are delivered as specified within company targets, Allocating priorities and monitoring standards to consistently deliver high standards of customer service.

Monitor and control documentation.
Recruit and train colleagues in accordance with Company procedures.
Adhere at all times to all company Health & Safety Rules and Regulations.
Actively promote and encourage open communication.

To carry out any other duties as directed by management to support the needs of the business.
This exciting position is based in Sheffield and comes with a starting annual salary of £16,000 plus vehicle.

Ideal candidates should have a background in Cleaning Supervision/Management but we also welcome applicants who have experience in other areas, such as retail, catering, facilities, etc.
